1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 57000 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
The 57000 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age required by law in Malaysia. 57000 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that cannot verify this requirement.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the 57000 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
2Account Registration and Security Responsibilities
- Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account on the 57000 platform.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
- The name registered on your account must match the name of the cardholder or bank account used for transactions.
- Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 57000 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from password sharing.
- Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
3User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a user of the 57000 platform, you agree to comply with all stated rules and to use the platform for lawful purposes only. Any form of platform misuse is strictly prohibited.
- Using any automated software, bots or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Transferring funds between accounts or using another person's account to place bets.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation or activity that undermines the integrity of the platform or other users.
- Sharing, selling or transferring ownership of your account to another party.
- Accessing the platform from regions where the use of such services is prohibited under local law.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balances and, where applicable, appropriate legal action.
4Payment and Financial Transaction Information
Currency and Payment Methods
All transactions on the 57000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, DuitNow and other local Malaysian payment options available on the platform. The 57000 platform does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly.
Deposits
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated, depending on the payment method selected. 57000 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as set out on the platform and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account registered in the same name as the 57000 account holder. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe stated on the platform. 57000 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes, and may request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
5Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
57000 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions, technical failures or betting outcomes. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk. 57000's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
All content on the 57000 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics and software, is the exclusive property of the platform operator and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 57000.
The 57000 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for informational purposes. 57000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms and conditions before using their services.
6Account Policy, Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
57000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity or a threat to platform security. In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, 57000 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support via email at [email protected]. Valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks have been completed.
57000 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
